I see life as a journey of learning and growth. Everything and everyone that finds their way into our life is there to teach us something. I coached in the business world for twenty years and successfully developed many teams and people. I wanted to go deeper into the personal development and transformational work so I trained as an NLP Practitioner with NLP Dynamics in London some years ago. It totally made sense to me how the subconscious holds the key to our thinking and behaviour. I then trained as an NLP Master Practitioner and appreciate the personal journey and all the things I learnt about myself.
NLP gave me strong foundations to help people change their thoughts, limiting beliefs and behaviours but I was fascinated by the power of the subconscious so I qualified as a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. Hypnotherapy brings a relaxation like no other and the amount of uses never cease to amaze me. As a lifelong learner, I take my training very seriously and seek out the best trainers in the world so I can offer the best, safest therapies and techniques to benefit my clients.
I’ve trained with:
- Richard Bandler (the co-creator of NLP)
- Paul McKenna (probably the most famous Hypnotherapist in the world)
- Ali Campbell (Hypnotherapist to celebrities)
- Linda Hudson (the leading UK children’s Hypnotherapist)
- Kevin Laye (creator of PSY-Tap)
I regularly attend training and supervision events to keep up to date and knowledge share. I topped up my coaching skills with a further qualification from ITOL as more clients wanted life coaching. I’m also trained in Indian Head Massage and Reiki level 1 & 2 because I wanted to add a holistic element to my therapies. The biggest learning has come from my clients. Every single client is a unique individual and I cannot tell you how rewarding it is to see people shed their issues, pain or burdens and gain confidence, calm and a new lease of life. Apart from all that training and seeing all my clients, I also have a satisfying life. I live by the sea. I love travel, art, museums, reading, nature and laughing.
