I’m a Hypnotherapist and coach interested in anything that makes people feel better and I always test things out on myself first! That’s how I know how to maximise energy, feelings of relaxation and calm.

Wellbeing is not just one thing. Your mind and body are inseparable and therefore you need to nourish both to feel at your best. This Wellbeing challenge looks at 5 ‘pillars’ of Wellness:

I put this challenge together as something to help you pay attention to your physical and emotional needs so you can feel good. This is often referred to as ‘self-care’. The more you look after yourself, the stronger you are to look after your loved ones too and really get the most out of your life.
